Refund policy

There will be no refunds issued due to tint which is deemed too dark under South Carolina law. Please refer to our page outlining South Carolina's tint laws for reference on legal and illegal tint levels.

Tint warranties, which cover manufacturing defects, are valid for the tint manufactures "life of  product" timelines.

Warranties follow a vehicle, and but not a person (i.e a vehicle tinted by Prism Tinting and sold to a new owner is still covered, but the original owner does not have a warranty which continues to follow him and any new vehicles, unless these vehicles are also tinted by Prism Tinting).

Prism Tinting (along with most tint companies) generally does not offer refunds for installed window tinting services because the tint is custom-cut to fit the vehicle's windows and cannot be reused once applied.

If a person would like tint removed due to any reason other than manufacturing defects, or installation error which does not comply with IWFA-Installation-Standards , a removal fee may apply.
